About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer at Getsita, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, visually stunning, and user-centered designs that resonate with our community. Your work will directly impact how businesses and users interact with Getsita, ensuring seamless experiences across all devices.

What You’ll Do

🌟 Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
🛠 Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful designs.
📱 Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
🎨 Develop and maintain Getsita’s design system and style guide.
📊 Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and improve the user experience.
🚀 Stay updated on UX/UI best practices and trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We’re Looking For

🎓 A degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

🎨 Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

🖌 Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.

🔍 Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.

💡 Creative problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.

🤝 Great communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

📊 Bonus: Experience with usability testing tools or analytics platforms.
